What are the shipping options? JPC Diversified, Inc. offers shipping through United Parcel Service (UPS) www.ups.com to its customers. The service offered is UPS 2 day air weekday (M-F), plus handling and insurance. Unfortunately, because of the unique nature of our service, we do not accept CODs, nor can we ship to post office (P.O.) boxes. UPS will require a signature for all packages received at the address indicated by the customer. For more information, see our Shipping information. What kind of guarantee does JPC Diversified Inc offer? When should I expect my order to arrive? All orders are generally going to arrive within two (2) business days of ship date. For custom orders, such as those that include diamond settings, the preparation and shipping time may be longer. All orders are unique. Are credit card orders safe on JPC Diversified Inc? Yes. JPC Diversified, Inc.’s Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology provides for industry-standard security of online commerce. Statistics show that it's safer to make a transaction on JPC Diversified Inc than it is to make a purchase at many popular places, including restaurants. In the unlikely event of unauthorized credit card usage, the cardholder will generally not be liable. When is my credit card charged for an order? Your credit card will not be charged until your items have been shipped from our shipping centers. Diamond purchases will be billed immediately. Yes. You may send your gift directly to its recipient. During the ordering process, you have the opportunity to indicate an address other than your own as the receiving address. All items are shipped in an attractive gift box. What about sending gifts to more than one shipping address? If you want to send gifts to multiple shipping addresses, you must make a separate order for each gift. Who handles the payment for my order? JPC Diversified, Inc. and its financial affiliates handle all of the payment processes, including secure data transmission. How does the order process work? Simple. First, after seeing an item you would like to order, click the "Add to Bag" button. This places the jewelry in your shopping bag. Second, once you are finished shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Third, enter your name, billing address, credit card number, and shipping address, as prompted. Once this has been done, you will be shown the total amount for your order, including shipping charges and sales tax (sales tax applies only to Ohio residents). If the information shown is correct, click the "Submit" button; If it is not correct, you can go back to previous pages and make corrections to your order. If you wish, you may also cancel your order. Clicking on "Submit Order" will cause a page to appear confirming your order and giving you an order number to use if you need to contact us. An Order Confirmation Number will also be e-mailed to you. What information will I receive about my order? You will receive a shipping confirmation and invoice by e-mail usually on the same day we ship your order, which, for most items, is within 24 hours of order placement. To track your package once it is sent, you can use a FedEx Tracking Number. Call 1-800-GO-FEDEX or visit their Web page at http://www.fedex.com/, select the appropriate country and use the "Tracking" option. If you wish, we can also track your package for you. All Diamond orders are shipped UPS and will receive the same order information as above. What are my payment options? All orders made through JPC Diversified, Inc. for Diamonds must be made with a certified check or a bank wire transfer. Jewelry catalogue orders accept credit card; no checks, money orders, or cash payments will be accepted. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
